"I decided to cancel the drop-in I did at another urgent care to come here to try and avoid the long wait I would face. So I made an appointment and came to this location. When I arrived, they said my insurance wouldn't be accepted since I don't have out of network insurance. I explained that I do and I just came from another urgent care that was out of network which had no issues with my insurance. She kept saying she has no record of me going to another zoomcare, even though I explained to her it wasn't zoomcare. I tried to show my insurance card and benefits that show I have out of network care, and she wouldn't even look at it. She just kept saying it says I am out of network. She also had a very rude, condescending tone and attitude toward me. I was very sick and this added frustration just made everything worse. I was told it would be $250 do I went back to the other out-of-network urgent care I went to, got back in line with no problem and my insurance was accepted no problem. Very frustrated with this whole experience."

"Kind staff and Doctor Molly McClellan was wonderful! Everything was quick and easy. No long waits and was even able to get and x-ray scheduled and done same day and got my results that evening! I do wish that they had a Zoom Super Care in Vancouver, WA, so it would be a little more convenient, but the Lloyd facility in Portland, OR was nice, with kind staff and they were quick too!"

"I have a PCP but it can be difficult to get an appointment that work with my schedule. I needed to be seen today and couldn’t wait to be fit in my doctors schedule so I went to ZOOM. They got me in right away. The NPs were great! They listened to me, treated me and offered advice to get this recurring issue that I’ve been having taken care of. I’ve been having the same issue for years so it is very encouraging to finally have someone offer a solution. Thank you so much truly listening."

"Highly recommend. Temporarily in the PNW and had a persistent cough. My out of state doc recommended for me to go to urgent care. This was such a great way to deal with my illness. Able to get in to same day appt virtually. Check in was easy. Provider asked good questions, was thorough and knowledgeable. Scripts were sent immediately."

I have now had two experiences at the Grand Central ZoomCare, with two different providers (Dr Alexandra Christopoulos and Molly McClellan) and walked out feeling heard, helped, and pleasantly surprised that my dignity remained not only intact, but respected. The front desk staff have also been amazing, and I fully plan on making this my primary care clinic."
