"I had a travel assignment with an alotted amount of time to have a physical done. First when I set up an appointment it was canceled so that pushed my deadline out. Then when I went to the office the doctor failed my physical because of the eye exam portion. So I spent 137 dollars at the eye doctor for them to say my eyes are fine. I took the paperwork back to the doctors office that stated my eyes were fine but the doctor wasn't in the office so I would have to wait until Wednesday when she came in. I expressed the urgency of her looking at it for review because if she didn't look at it I would be taken off my assignment Thursday. On Wednesday when I called they said it set to be reviewed Thursday again I expressed Thursday is too late because I would be taken off my assignment they said well she has other patients to take care of. I drove to the office and asked for her to just take a couple minutes to review my file because if not I would be loosing my job again they didn't care they had other people to take care of. I waited by the lobby for an hour and she saw one patient during that time and I still didn't get my review. At the end I still had to go somewhere else for a physical"
"I had my dot physical here yesterday! They were prompt and nice. They didn’t nit pick the little things because over all I’m healthy. I’m in my mid fifties and I smoke. They can always find something but they’re smart! I highly recommend these guys. I was in and out in a half hour. Remember to take your physical to the dmv even if places say they’ll do it. It’s your license so it’s your job not theirs. If your license gets suspended because the dmv never received your physical that’s your fault 100%! Also you’ll have to demand a long form because the fmcsr’s require you carry a copy in your truck! It’s your right to have it and they didn’t want to give it to me but did when I demanded it."
"I've been here a couple of times for physicals and diagnostic tests required for work. They're awesome."
"I have been there 4 times as well as two scheduling phone calls. Each visit and call has been pleasant and efficient. I have not experienced any problems at all."
"I would give a 0 star rating if that were an option. Why? I scheduled an appointment to have a polyp removed. The scheduler specifically told me I had to wait a month to get that day, time, and doctor who would do the surgery. When I arrived a month later at the appointment and filled out mounds of paperwork, I found I was only scheduled for a get-to-know kind of pre-op appointment. Okay, someone either screwed up or provided grossly inaccurate information to me. At the end of the appointment, I filled out more paper work and had to wait for the scheduler to call me again to actually schedule the surgery. She called back several days later (not the next day as I had been told), with appointments (yes, plural!) for another month later. She said because the surgery would be more than 30 days after my last appointment (not my fault), I would have to do ANOTHER pre-OP and fill out the same paperwork AGAIN. And get this, the scheduler told me I would have to do a pre-op at 8am, then go to a different location to fill out paperwork at 11am, and only THEN could I go into surgery the following morning. A waste of my time. What I can't figure is if it's solely due to incompetence or if increasing billings to insurance companies is part of the clinics acceptable protocol. I would obviously NOT recommend his clinic to anyone."
