"If I could give this place zero Stars I would. I'm sure their nurses are nice & they're waiting staff is nice but the 2 doctors that I have seen there heck NO. I will never in a million years go back there you could not pay me to go back there & be treated like that ever again. they are extremely unprofessional & rude. But I would highly recommend going to their White Salmon location though just never the Stevenson one."
"Made an appointment a week out for Tuesday at 1:30. On Tuesday at about 11:00 they call to tell us that the doctor isn't coming in today and they need to reschedule us. Rescheduled for 8:00 Thursday morning. We show up on Thursday and they tell us that the appointment is at 11:00 now. No explanation why other than "that's what we have you written down for". We are walking the PCT and this appointment was to address an injury that happened on the trail. Now we've wasted extra days in Stevenson that we never planned on taking, paid money for hotel rooms, and worst, his injury was never looked at or addressed. Absolutely poor service, this level of incompetence is amazing."
