"I contacted Dr. Dennis Morrisroe at this clinic, and was very upset by the result of the consultation. Firstly, before the consultation began, the doctor said that my first visit would be free, I told him what was bothering me, he looked at my previous consultation with another doctor, and simply rewrote my diagnosis, although he did not conduct a single examination, I did not take a single test, The doctor didn't help me at all - not at all. And in the end I was billed for more than 500$, yes, they gave me a discount, but it’s still not a free consultation, as the doctor told me. I was shocked and upset. I called the clinic and said that perhaps this was a mistake, the doctor told me that my first consultation would be free, but they said that the doctor diagnosed you and carried out an examination, to which I replied that the doctor did not do any of this, and I did not take the test tests, he didn’t even conduct an examination, as is usually done, he only copied my examination results from another hospital. I just talked, and so I decided that I could make money from me. No one has ever deceived me like that! The doctor is not a professional, and apparently does not understand how to bill correctly and how to work with patients. He also deceives his patients. I think that if I had bought a gym membership for this price, it would have been more beneficial. “Thank you” doctor, may there be peace in your home! Of course I won't go to this clinic again."

"First and foremost I love my doctor, Dr. Swan along with other specialists I see on occasion. My one star rating does not reflect my experience with Dr. Swan. But the operations side of the clinic is fraught with errors. Continuously. The most recent involves a scheduled appointment for my annual wellness checkup. I scheduled this appointment online via MyChart. However when I saw Dr. Swan, the system indicated I was there to discuss medications only. So now I have to reschedule. Am praying I don’t have an insurance payment issue with that visit. My advice to anyone seeking medical help, only choose TVC as a last resort."
