"Took my mom in for her first visit. Right off the bat they wanted to put her on a new prescription, without completely knowing her history. When scheduling her next appointment, the nurse seemed very impatient, taking deep breaths like she just didn't want to help my mom. Bedside manner is something you need to have when working with people, especially senior citizens. The front desk girls were not personable either."

"Avoid - Since my wife has a chronic condition, the clinic refuses to code her first colonscopy after age 45 to give her a screening colonoscoopy covered under insurance. Mine was free. That means that the Vamcouver Clinic charges people with chronic conditions for procedures which healthy people do not have to pay for. Their billing processes are a nightmare and vancouver clinic is a maximize profit medical provider. They will charge you for things which are free under federal law. My wife has a chronic condition. When she went in for her first olonoscopy after age 45, we ended up with a copay. The affordable care act says that all people ages 45 or higher get a free colonoscopy screening. I asked them to review it and they said "it was coded correctly". That means that anyone with a chronic condition has to pay for a colonoscopy that is free for healthy people. I think this is illegal under the Americans with Disabilities Act."

"Dr Pearson is great and caring, and so are the rest of the staff that work with people. My issues with the Vancouver Clinic are the customer service people and the people that are behind the scenes, they don't seem to care about the clients. As I said Dr Pearson is great!"

"Dr. Collins was wonderful (Washougal location). It was my first visit to Vancouver Clinic as I was establishing with a new PCP. I was left waiting for a little while before she came in but she quickly acknowledged the wait and thanked me for being patient. She had spent the time diving into my chart and history so that she was prepared when meeting with me. She was very sweet and genuine and involved me in all care and decisions. She also took the time to explain lab results with me as well as treatment options. I was very happy with my visit and look forward to having her as my new PCP."

I also like the fact that it’s so easy to coordinate tests and visits to specialists, since they are all part of the same system. It feels like a one-stop shop."
