"This was my first experience with ZoomCare. I wasn’t really sure what to do. Due to an unexpected change in insurance and needing a new PCP (and having difficulty finding one accepting new pts) i was having symptoms and concerned my BP was running high. I went online scheduled an appt that worked for me. Process was easy. At my appt I had great care, Hannah was so awesome and understanding. Reviewed my med hx and meds. Checked my vitals. Gave me some great information and made sure my medications were in order. Suggested plan for follow up. I was so pleased with my visit and experience. (I should add, I work for a very large health care organization and do patient care daily so I have an idea of what to expect with health care visits. )The provider and assistant were terrific and clinic very clean."
