"They billed me $400 for an annual wellness visit that is supposed to be covered by my insurance. I pay $600 a month for insurance and somehow a 15 minute doctor visit cost me $400 for a checkup. They have been giving me the runaround ever since. I won't step foot in this clinic ever again."

"Don't like when want to choose Dr of choice, they want you to make an appt when you aren't in need of one, it's just to get introduced. Never heard of such. All the receptionists have not been pleasant or nice. Been rude n like bothering them that you called."

"Let me tell yall bout a gentleman(nurse I believe)named Derek Grimes. This guy always goes absolutely above and beyond for me when I’m at the clinic. With a genuine concern for my care that’s unmatched. He communicates very well, and not just with me, but also previewing beforehand my chart, annd recently past visits and relaying information to my physician and physicians assistant. Shout out Emma Brooks and Audrey Anderson:) this team doesn’t leave rocks unturned. Now whenever I hear “Avengers Assemble!” These folks are my iron man, capt. America and Thor. Truly blessed to be cared after by these talented, empathetic individuals. Thank yall so much. Truly appreciate everything."

"Terrible in almost every way. They do not care about you and do not listen to you. They make you wait 30 minutes to be seen and talk over you. My kid is scared to go to the doctors because of this place. We had a horrible traumatic experience. I specifically requested to NEVER be put with a certain doctor and every visit after that they had that doctor assigned to me. Stay away from doctor annawine..I think that's her name can't remember. I'm posting anonymously because I feel like they will retaliate."
