"I’ve been here a few times as well as my daughter. The staff were friendly, attentive and kind. Chynna the MA was professional and worked to make my daughter comfortable. Dr Borchardt saw both my daughter and I. She listened to my concerns and provided the care we needed. We went early in the morning and were in a room very quickly. In our are there is a lack of access to care and sometimes this place can get busy. But given the circumstance and coming in last minute, waiting is understandable. I will for sure be here again for care in the future."
"Went in for several issues such as ear pain, head pain and kidney pain. Ear pain was dismissed as water in the ear and the head pain was never addressed. They decided that my kidney pain I've had for 7 months is just cramps. Do not recommend, they come up with simple excuses to not give u the help u need."
"The staff and doctors are always kind and attentive. My issue lies with their billing department. I visited the urgent care in September. A month later I received a bill showing I was responsible for paying 100% of the bill, even though my insurance was billed. I called my insurance to ask why this visit wasn’t covered and they informed me it absolutely was covered, they just coded it as a regular office visit, and they should’ve coded it as an urgent care visit. So I called providence billing to inform them of their mistake. They said they would submit the information and that I should follow up in 30 days. Today I followed up and was told they decided it was in fact billed correctly and I still owe 100%. They are REFUSING to correct their mistake and expect me to pay the full amount. They said they would resubmit the info since I “don’t agree with the decision” (as if it’s a matter of opinion, when it’s a FACT my insurance DEFINITELY covers ALL urgent care visits) It’s too bad bc the staff have always been so pleasant but I will never return here and I will warn anyone who will listen."
"I spent 3 hours waiting before someone called me to see the MD even there’s just few patients that time. Aside from that, the lab tech did not draw correct amount of blood from me so I came back to redraw my lab test and it’s a waste of time."
"Receptionist are rude. They are inconsiderate. They already know that the lobby is full some are already standing. Staff still require you to wait in the area. They were able to allow people on the queue before to wait in the car and just be called when it’s their turn. What is the difference now? It is convenient for other people and convenient for us. I won’t be surprise if my headche gonna be upgraded to covid with this kind of set up. It should have been convenient since all they have to do is dial the number of patient on file. ***Waited more than 3.5 hours."
