"Would give zero stars for this entire experience. Let me say I have had a CPAP since 2019 and have been to real, professional sleep specialists in both NM and Florida so this review comes from practical experience, which I am glad I already had! First, it took three months just to get an appointment. The facility looks lovely, but the sleep set up in the rooms does not compare to going to a hospital environment for sleep studies from what I could see. At my appointment, the physician assistant, Nancy Campbell seemed to have little to offer when I explained I was experiencing daytime sleepiness. Her background was a specialty in ophthalmology, no sleep medicine information is listed on her bio. At that appointment I asked for a refill for Ambien, she said she would write one. I also asked for cpap supply refills, since I have a ResMed, they outsourced it to another company. No follow ups on either request. Had to call after 7 days to get them to send info over to durable medical supply company. Called, asked about Rx and front staff said they would ask the doctor. After another 5 days with no response, called again about Rx and was told they do not prescribe sleep medicines from that office.....ok that is not what is advertised as they say they offer "treatment" via the website value blah blah blah. Plus, why didn't the front desk staff know that the first time I called? My suggestion, if you are new to sleep medicine, do your research and check out other facilities and doctors."

"The people setting up appointments and doing sleep studies are very good, after that it’s all down hill. 4 months post sleep study, prescription not sent in correctly , no answer today when called, finally called the Aberdeen branch. They were excellent, faxing correct info to Adapt Health for Bipap. Thank you ABERDEEN, do yourself a favor and go to Aberdeen! Follow up : Received appointment to get Bipap tomorrow thank you Aberdeen!"

"I love this building, when you look at it from outside it looks weird, but once your inside, Very good energy, staff is great, always friendly and makes you feel like your in a warm town, My sleep Dr was amazing, I keep coming back because it's simple, just bring your SD card in so they can read it. And your good to go."
