"When greg was there he was grate now everything has gone down hill. The new lady doctor is never there and is impossible to get a hold of. I'm always told the doctor will give me a call back but never does. Can't even get them cleaned without waiting a month for an appointment! Its rediculous! Go to Costco where hearing aids are a quarter or the price and the service is way better!"
"My problem was oticon hearing aid was intermittently turning off and then on. I got appointment in 2 days. Some adjustment and one new rechargeable battery solved it. So far so good. I appreciate the friendly and professional care."
"They used to be good til their main guy left. He was soo hopefully daily. I just came to get a new tube for my molds and no one is here to do them. And they won't even sell the tube for my molds ( I've been hard of hearing all my life, so I can tube it myself lol).. very disappointed. Pointless to have doors open if no one can help after hrs."
