"I had a long-standing history with the Child and Adolescent Clinic spanning 30 years, but recent experiences have been disheartening. The office staff's rudeness and lack of empathy have escalated over the past 5 years. They show no regard for your time, leaving patients waiting for hours past appointments, yet display zero tolerance for lateness. Despite exceptional doctors and aides, the front desk's unprofessionalism sets a dismal tone for the entire visit. After three decades, I'm relocating my family's healthcare elsewhere."

"I had a horrible experience with the reception in Longview about a month ago. I called a few days later and left a voicemail for the office manager and never heard back. In the voicemail I explained I had a frustrating experience and requested a call back. As people who went here as kids and now bringing ours for 5 years - we will not be back. There’s far better service out there, and managers that will acknowledge concerns."

"Update: They STILL haven't been seen and it's 12:21. My husband has been there with our son that was supposed to have an appointment at 10:45. Tell me why he still hasn't been seen for for almost 2 hours. My husband had to leave and go back to work. Confused as to why appointments are even made? You think working parents have all the time in the world to hangout in your waiting room? My son's appointment was at 10:45 am. Why is my husband and son still in the lobby at 11:47 as I write this? If he didn't need medication I'd have my husband leave. No respect for time....."
