"I went to Dr. Eltzroth 13 years ago. She was a wonderful, compassionate doctor at that time. Recently, I needed to change my primary care physician because my regular physician stopped taking my insurance. I found a new physician who doesn't do women's exam so I needed to go to a gynecologist. I recommended Dr. Eltroth because she's the one that did my hysterectomy in 2009 and I like her. I saw her last week and she was a completely different doctor. She was sarcastic and just not nice. She just didn't seem to care about me, my concerns or my needs. When I asked her a question, she would give me a rude answer. Nobody should be treated the way Dr. Eltzroth treats her patients. However, the receptionist was very nice. When I'm due for my yearly checkup next year, I will be going to someone else. It's a shame because I really liked Dr. Eltzroth when I went to her years ago."
"Horrible person who does not practice ethical Standards of Care. I had an afternoon checkup, and rather than use a Specula, Eltzroth used a wooden tongue depressor to gather a Pap Smear Culture. (Perhaps all the other Speculae were dirty?) The tongue depressor was the wrong tool, because all of the sudden I felt a stabbing pain in my cervix and concurrently Eltzroth exclaimed, "I stabbed you." She let me leave her office, BLEEDING AND WITHOUT ANTIBIOTICS, assuring me that all was well. I BLED for a month!!! After a month, I had to go to another gynecologist to cure her injuries to me. The other gynecologist had to resort to DRASTIC MEASURES to cure me. Eltzroth is careless, thoughtless, and inhumane. She could not even be trusted to treat a cat, let alone a person. This is 1 "doctor" who is in it for the $, not to help other women. Steer clear and head to Portland. It's not worth getting a pelvic inflammatory infection for life!"
"First visit, the receptionists were arguing while I was waiting, about something so stupid. I had a bad feeling about the doctor after I left, but gave her a second chance. So second visit, I waited over 20 minutes in the reception area, and another 5 in the waiting room after already anxiously waiting days for some lab results. When I finally saw the doctor, she was rude, abrasive, condesending, and patronizing. She acted completely childish and unprofessional, and all in front of my daughter nonetheless!! I left with many important questions unanswered and tons of anxiety. The nurse also committed a HIPAA violation on my info as I was leaving as well. Would not recommend this place. Have never had such a terrible experience with a so-called “doctor” ever in my life. Elzroth is a terrible, uncompassionate person. I miss my old GYN in Portland. The healthcare in this area is a joke."
"Kimberly is great. She takes her time to listen, learn and really consider my symptoms. I have ultimate trust in her and she treats you with the care of a close friend. So thankful to have such a great provider in our area."
"This woman has no business treating patients. She is rude, abrupt and has zero compassion. She will tell you that there is no way your body is doing what it is doing - even with proof right under her nose. She is the reason it took me a year to gather the courage to go to another provider - who knew enough to transfer me to a specialist who is taking care of my problem. Instead of telling me it was all in my head."
