"The ladies at the front desk are rude. Called for three days, no one answers the phone or when they do they put me hold and never picked back up so I went in. Treated me like a new patient when I’ve been going there since 2015. Just because they are now Vally view. Would not recommend. Nurse and doctors have always been nice but there receptionist are the first and last thing the customers see and it’s not worth dealing with them."

"Follow up calls as far as referrals is awful you have to really stay on them. It is the only bad experience iv had with them. I doubt they real ize my time is important also"

"My husband and I had a Covid test there, that went fine. But, even though our separate insurances cover us completely for the test, this facility keeps sending us a bill saying the insurances rejected it. I even got my husband’s insurance firm to write to them with a walkthrough on how to submit the bill for reimbursement. And yet we just received the bill AGAIN!! Obviously the billing department at Mary’s Corner Medical Clinic has some major problems."

"I called to make an appointment for anxiety so I can try keep calm with everything going on in my life. Was told I would have a doctor get ahold of me the next day. I called 4 business days later asking about my appointment with the secretary saying that the note to call me was still on his desk and should be calling anytime. Well its been a week later and still no call. Glad this is not life threatening."
