"I keep receiving bills for emergency room treatment. I contacted my insurance company Regence Blue shield.They informed me that my policy covers me 100% for emergency room coverage. I went in to Mason general hospital billing department with all of my paperwork and told them that this claim needs to be completely reprocessed by them and or Regence Blue Cross.My insurance agent said this may take up to 30days. I told them my insurance agent said that I am not responsible for any charges related to this treatment.The agent at Mason general hospital billing said.It doesn’t matter what your plan states????.What does that mean.Look up my enrollment code 105 and what coverage I pay for and what my employer pays.Poor service from Mason General Hospital billing.Its been going on for years.It’s time for administration to address the problem and train or replace staff with qualified employees that know what they are doing.This isn’t my first problem here.I keep very good documentation and I don’t have a problem referring these issues to the insurance commissioners office and the attorney general’s office and the better business bureau.Poor service combined with bad attitude doesn’t work for me."
