Getting the medication and stable care that I need is easy and comfortable in a positive atmosphere. Money is not needed. I have health insurance but I'm sure these guys would have helped me get state assistance if I didn't, even though no health insurance is not a barrier to immediate care. I am so thankful for the help and advice I received here that helped me transition off of methadone maintenance. I took methadone for over a decade and was hopeless that I could ever break the chains to methadone and daily dosing visits to a clinic that is 45 minutes each way and has strict, limited early morning dosing hours. While Olympia bupe clinic is open 6 days a week, there is no need for daily visits. The prescription is faxed to my pharmacy and I can pick it up at my leisure. Switching from methadone to Suboxone is not an easy task for anyone but when I was finally committed to it, and lowered my methadone dose slowly over the period of 6 months, I realized that I could do it!
