"Had to renew my prescription and when I called to set up an appointment I was told my pcp, Laura Brownsmith, no longer works there and that'll be with a new pcp. No problem. They were booked out a month, thankfully I still had enough of my prescription to last the months wait. Then the day of my appointment comes and they call 2 hours before my appointment to cancel and move it out ANOTHER month. I asked if there was a different dr available any sooner since I now desperately need a refil and was told that I can not see a different dr because only my pcp can write me a script, even though I have never met this new pcp. I was not offered to be put on a cancelation list and was told my only option is to wait another month. Due to how the staff handled the situation, I chose to get a copy of my records and find a new clinc and pcp."

"Laura Brownsmith, my PCP who was appointed by my health insurance company, has mis-diagnosed my hernia problem, dismissing it as a lymph node. After having a ultrasound the radiologist was alarmed and suggested immediate surgery because of a life threatening hernia, as soon as the next day. Several other situations involving Laura have cost me hundreds of dollars. Also she suggested being tested for several std's after visiting my wife. Very insulting! I'm glad she's gone. I will ask for another PCP."

"The office staff are just pure buffoons! From losing my sons chart 2 times, to not billing an annual visit to my insurance company correctly so insurance isn't covering it and then telling me to call my insurance company, lawwwwd give me patience. Laura is an excellent provider. However the office staff make it impossible to go back. Such a shame."
