"Normally I have a good experience as long as I have an appointment. All Dr.'s, staff, and nurses are wonderful. The clinic is clean & organized. The walk in clinic was about a 2 hour wait: Although that feels like a lifetime when you're not feeling well I suppose it's not the worst it could be."
"Have been bringing my kids here for nearly 9 years now. I can’t speak for most departments but can for pediatrics. My children’s primary is dr. Rayos who has been nothing short of amazing! She is kind, intelligent, soft spoken and fights for you and your child to be heard. Because of her my son was able to receive a fast and reliable autism diagnosis. Fast forward to today, we saw dr. Melquist and my son who is shy and likes to “hide” while around people he doesn’t know, he felt extremely comfortable seeing this dr for the first time. He gave us so much information and made sure we knew everything that he was saying. Just generally a caring and helpful doctor. Thank you pediatrics team for always going above and beyond for my kids"
"If I could give them negative stars I would. They took 7 months to send a referral and me calling them 5 times about it. They kept saying they sent it but never did, after their referral department couldn’t find a specialist and told me I had to do it on my own and tell them where to send the referral. Very unapologetic about it even. Their office manager is useless, I’ve called there crying a few times due to lack of care and frustration, and they make me feel like their errors are my fault. They claim they don’t receive lab results, and won’t contact the outside lab to resend results, and make me do it. I have been trying to get my medical records from my previous doctor, after about 10 attempts on their end they have failed to do so because they can’t seem to figure out how to fill out the paperwork properly or send it to the correct office. They have made me wait up to 5 days past medication refill dates to send in refills. How is all of this even possible??? Then they turn around and have the audacity to imply it’s all my fault. What are these people getting paid for when I have to do their jobs for them, then call to verify they have done it because they drop the ball at EVERY SINGLE TURN."
"Not an incredible first experience. Reception in the waiting room, "Hoodsport" (section 8), were very rude. Zero personal skills. Gloria acted bothered that I needed assistance. She then proceeded to mutter something to her male coworker to which he responded, "I know, sometimes I feel like my whole job is just telling people where to go." Just rude, unprofessional and a bad first impression. Dr Rayos was very kind and knowledgeable. I like that they give your child a book every visit until age 5, that is nice. So overall, an alright place. If you're thinking about this place, I would look elsewhere though."
"I have always had such a great experience at the walk in clinic. Yesterday, was just beyond annoying. The staff and the doctors are great but I only went in because my 3.5 year old had an ear infection and I only needed antibiotics. They said that the wait was 2/3 hours and the doctor needs to see her to prescribe. Her normal pcp was booked out for 2 weeks so it was my only option. We sat in the waiting room for 3 hours only to be in the room for 3 minutes."
