"Liked my Doctor. He Bikes...I Hike. And I always trust Nurses with the Tattoos. But, the Phone Message Maze with 9 Different Options? Yeah lets get that fixed."
"My son went to this hospital. He was having liver failure instead of treating him for sepsis infection. He had they overdosed him on Ativan and airlifted him out of state never contacted a local hospital which I believe is protocol. The air looked at him to a hospital that overlooked his sepsis. He went into septic shock and nearly died. I have nothing good to say about this hospital. It needs to be investigated!"
"I've been here several times they try the guess what's wrong with game were they just look at you the first couple times guess without doing testing. You have to tell them that want to see a specialist or the just keep on collecting your money and guessing. Why do they need money maybe the giant building with giant fountain and rock climb full exercise room. While my back has had issues for months it's torn muscle then arthritis then it's definitely not authentic it's torn muscle again was there x ray no was there anything other then me, describing my pain no. And when you ask to be seen it's a month out or more. Hey but you can spend thousands to be seen in emergency room I guess there trying get movie theater added or maybe five star cruise ship."
"Receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. I was already stressed because I was running a little late and she said she has to see if they will still see me and she was rude about it. I got a little upset because she was not trying to diffuse the situation she just kept trying to be rude and keep the situation escalated by trying to provoke me to argue with her even more. The doctor did see me even though I was a few minutes late but the receptionist was no where near being professional or nice about the situation at all! I did speak to her supervisor as well but I feel that this review was necessary because she will probably be allowed to work their and continue to be rude and unprofessional to more patients. They need better more friendly considerate receptionist staff at the Mcleary clinic."
"Wish I could say I loved this place as it would be convenient to come here rather than drive to Olympia. And my property tax $'s pay to support it. Sadly, though, I've had nothing but problems that have taken me way too much time to fix. And these are with what should be simple routine procedures - God forbid it was something serious: physician requisitions that get lost; lab test results that either do not get sent or are sent to the wrong provider or a particular test that is ordered gets missed; Rx's that don't happen; return calls that don't get made. I gave it 1-star because the staff are friendly in person and at least try to be helpful. I have no idea why there's so much disconnect."
