"This place would get negative stars if I could give them one. I don't write reviews on businesses but I have never had as much horrible experience as this place. This is for the Shelton clinic specifically. The old lady working the office is incompetent. She has misplaced my sons record on multiple occasions and today she refused service to him because she claims our insurance wasn't covered there. We called our provider and they said the office is in network and shouldn't refuse service. Mind you, this is new insurance within the past year and we have paid out of pocket before this. She refused to talk to us about the matter and walked to the back and didn't return. The provider tried talking to her and she ignored them as well. Very rude. This lady has also said our son hasn't been seen since 2014. That is also incorrect because he was last seen less than a year ago and the reason for our return was because the doctor wanted to see him to see if his sight was improving with the treatment plan. We have receipts for his care. Get your eye care somewhere else. Every time you visit this office there is a new problem with how this lady runs the office."
