"The first time I was told to arrive 45 min early , I did arrive early. they didn’t even open and unlock the building for 45 mins , I stood in the cold watching them talk in the back area. One finally came out and turned in the lights , when they finally came out into the waiting area , they apologized because it took them 40 mins to find the keys. I watched them struggle with the door as no one can figure out the chain lock they have on it. So ghetto. But to have watched them sit and talk and listen to the laughter while I stand freezing. In the 26• weather and they lie and say we couldn’t find the keys. I watched them sitting back there laughing. Once in the receptionist stated she was sick and asked we all keep our distance and apologized for her attitude because she was sick. Not great coming to work with illness in an oncology office. Disgusting. THEN I still waited over an hour to be seen. Today I went to vista, for the second time was absolutely speechless and appalled by the service . After waiting 45 mins to be seen and asking if they would be soon as my appointment was 30 mins ago and I have another at 2:15 now 1:50 . The receptionist continued sitting there making calls. After 5 additional minutes of watching the receptionist and while others who arrived after me were being called back, I walked out. Now I’m asking for a referral to a new provider after my own observations and experiences, and with speaking to several others including the gastro team I see. While in the waiting room another person even came in to complain about the care or the lack of !!!! I can’t agree more."
"Everyone was friendly and positive. The facility was not new but decorated and clean. It would be nicer if the brown ceiling stain from a leak was painted over. The nurse practitioner was very good at explaining everything and giving me the information in writing too."
"Dr. Kang is fantastic. He came to the ICU when I was first diagnosed and explained a general plan to me with the caveat that things could look different once my tumor was removed. I'm now 9 months post chemo and just doing quarterly blood draws but he is always friendly, caring, listens, and explains things. He made dealing with cancer less stressful."
"I’ve been with Dr Xuan for 3 years. It’s been great being under her care but I’ve moved out of town & will leave only for that reason."
"Dr. Kang truly cares for his patients. He goes above and beyond and makes sure he is doing the best for his patients. I wouldn't trade him for any doctor in this area. He's the BEST!"
