"I am very disappointed with one of their receptionist. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She doesn’t know what a work ethic means. I have to go there because the contact lens that the doctors prescribed me doesn’t work for me, so I had to come back couple times and travel 15 mins every time to go back to their office. It's an inconvenience, but I made it work to come and get the right fit for me but I don’t want to go back there anymore.Receptionists should be professional since they are the first person in contact in the office. But she does not have good communication skills. I like Susan a lot she is very friendly and very nice. She has a professional work ethic. I hate to go, but I can’t stand the other receptionist. She makes me angry. VERY RUDE!"
