"Zero stars if I could. I needed my scrips filled. Paid in FULL for the visit, at time of visit, cash. The long-term scrips were filled by the PA, just renewed as is, I've been taking them for about 15 years. I had no insurance so paid CASH for this . The Medical assistant screwed up calling in the scrip , I asked for Walmart, I waited ALL DAY LONG in the rainy parking lot, for Walmart to fill the scrip, it was called in to the wrong pharmacy . I have been getting bills after bills , I visited the clinic to ask "WHY?" , sent to BILLING in Astoria, where several visits "the person you need to talk to isn't in today" I called several times, emailed. . "WHY?" Finally spoke with someone in billing, and thought it was straightened out . No, now I'm getting collection agency calling.. What a hopeless clinic. Stay far away. BIG MESS. Now my credit will be ruined because someone got carried away clicking boxes for billing. How can they get away with this?!? The Seaview clinic for Ocean Beach Hospital is WAYYYY better. CMH clinic in Warrenton - GO ANYWHERE ELSE.?" UPDATE: very quickly somebody who monitors this stuff called me from the hospital "How can we help.... " The young man promised to try and resolve the MISTAKEN BILLS that someone checked off a few too many boxes... and I had gotten bills after bills after bills FOR ONE FREAKING VISIT FOR SCRIPS. Angela McCully was nice but somebody screwed up and the bills just kept coming. SO of course this wa supposed to be escalated. Never heard back. Now I'm getting calls from a collection agency. This is for a SCRIP REFILL This is shameful This place needs some kind of oversight and ACCOUNTABILITY for randomly sending bills after bills after bills.. RUN ANYWHERE ELSE. Don't bother with this clinic, or the billing department, or whoever called to pretend to rectify this, and never followed through. I will never go near this hospital or clinic again."
