"To each his own. I was treated by the office staff upstairs in a horrible triggering manner. So much condensing I wonder why they were there. I burst in to tears when I left. Promptly went to my primary and she treated me as a real person having an emotional meltdown and got me hooked up with services that worked. This was 2 years ago. Now today they treated a good friend the same. This service should shut down or the entire front staff should be trained in empthy and support instead of being nasty and lying."
