"I've been here a few times and always have had a positive experience. I always leave feeling like my needs have been met."
"My husband and I went there last night. He was having severe left hip pain. It was 6:30 when we walked in the door and I told them what was happening and the first thing out of the lady's mouth was we don't have an x-ray here. I told her that I know you send them next door to the hospital. Then a lady named Raelyn said she did not know if the doctor was going to be able to see us. I felt they refused us service so we went to the ER and spent way more money becuase they did not want to do their job. Will never go there again."
"It was Christmas Eve, and I needed to be seen for vertigo and vomiting. I should have went to the ER but did not think it was life threatening. The receptionist was nice, but the MA who I dealt with did not have the best bed side manner. She wore no name tag so I didn't get her name. She got offended when I requested she us a larger BP Cuff, pretty much refused to do it. After having enough of her attitude I asked for the provider to finish my vitals. I don't know if she was upset with having to work Christmas Eve and was taking it out on the patients. The MA needs to learn, compassion & professionalism. I ended needing an IV which urgent care can not do, so eventually went to the ER. Thanks for the second medical bill. The physicians assistant was friendly but really did not help. There should be a list of procedure urgent care can not preform such as xrays or IV therapy."
"Walked in the door at 6:50pm to have my daughter seen for a medical issue. Drove all the way from Warrenton just to be told they were closing & that we needed to leave. They should probably change their hours online if they won’t honor patients who walk in the door during POSTED HOURS."
"Receptionist was rude from the moment I walked up to the counter and her mannerisms were aggressive the entire time. I did everything as she told me to do until I had finally had enough of her smart mouth. If you want to be a child, don’t go to work, especially at a healthcare facility managing others’ health and wellbeing. I’m the definition of a non-confrontational individual and there was no reason for me to be treated with such disregard when all I asked for simply was copy of a doctor’s note. I felt that I was too much for her time."
