"This establishment has a horrible reputation but Dr Dula was an amazing genuine provider - it’s unfortunate that her front office supporting staff are unorganized and incompetent in their roles’ in regards to direct patient care ."

"I've been a patient of Susan Dula for almost three months and she has not been receptive to my previous diagnosis and has not responded to my four messages about my medication. She has left me without medication and it's ruining my life and she will not respond to any of my messages. I do not recommend her for anyone with complex issues related to bpd or trauma. She prescribed me medication that did not last me between visits or refills and never responded to any of my calls or emails. She has left me worse than I was before."

"Therapist Robin Kenning questioned my immigration process to get my citizenship as well as costs when I described it was a very arduous and expensive process, then proceeded to say that according to her quick google search “it isn’t actually expensive”. She continued to minimize my experiences and then answered a phone call in the middle of my appointment. After I got switched to Cheryl, she listened to my concerns and told me I shouldn’t seek treatment for ADHD because people with ADHD don’t graduate from college. Needless to say I found their staff incredibly disrespectful and incompetent."
