"Came here to submit my passport application, as I had read some pretty rough reviews from USPS passport locations. It's all walk-ins, and at 1PM on a Wednesday there were only a couple others waiting with me (they close 12-1PM for lunch). The man at the passport window who helped me was very kind and calm and explained everything as he went. The whole process took less than 10 minutes (as I was first in line) and I left feeling a lot of relief lol. Thank you "

"Needed to get passports done today, went to USPS with an appointment and was told I didn't have one, lady was super rude. Googled places to go for passports and King City city hall came up without needing an appointment. Read the reviews and how everyone said it was fast! YES! showed up at 1pm when they opened for the afternoon with a few people ahead of me, went by super quick. With a family of 4 needing to refill out our applications, we were out by 2 pm and the lady that helped us was so kid and super patient. THANK YOU!"

"If you need a passport quick but don't want to book an appointment with USPS 2-weeks in advance, go here instead. It's worth it. Missed my passport appointment for the post office and took the 30-minute drive over here for a walk-in. Was out in less than 15-minutes, there's no line, and the staff were nice and quick."

"Went to get both of my kid’s passports done today, and the wait time was not bad at all. We arrived at 8:30am, grabbed our number, and was done around 10am. All staff members are very nice there."
