"The doctor is fine, but the staff doesn’t respect or value your time/money. Unorganized with scheduling. If roles were reversed it wouldn’t fly for clients to act the way they do and they would get charged accordingly."

"The eye appointment itself was okay. However they failed to communicate a lot of things around pricing. For my wife, they gave her an entirely wrong prescription for contacts that didn’t help at all after multiple attempts. When going to Costco they got my wife squared away with a proper retinal exam in less than 20 minutes. When trying to order contacts online through vision plus, we then were given an entirely different price in store that had a 35% higher cost. I have been here twice hoping the second experience would be better. I can confidentially say I will not be back, nor would I ever suggest someone come here when My Baker Vision is so close and way better. If you prefer Costco in Bellingham, they are also miles better than Vision Plus."

"I ordered a pair of glasses a couple years ago and ended up losing them. I was told I could reorder my glasses and not be charged for my lenses but had to come in and get a new exam. I got the exam and came back in today and was told the complete opposite. Now I have to pay 270 dollars for some new glasses when I paid extra for insurance on my glasses. I am VERY upset and disgusted with being told one thing and coming in and being told another. I ended up cancelling my order and said that it was rediculous that I have to pay 270 dollars to an employee and supervisor. The supervisor commented back to me as I was walking out that I shouldn't of lost my glasses. It was very unprofessional and I will NEVER go back to Vison plus again. Customer service is HORRBILE!!!"
