"After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, my doctor recommended I get a new mattress: my old one was 15 years old and getting worn out. I searched locally and found Emerald City Mattress. As soon as I stepped in, I was warmly greeted and with questions as to why I was there and what I needed, shown several incredible options in my price range. I told them I needed to check on my finances and possible insurance assistant options, and when I returned a week later, not only did they recognize me, they remembered which one I had preferred! I happily purchased it and it was delivered later that day. Wonderful service, and highly recommended!"

"I’ve had problems for almost 5 days now. This man sold me a used mattress and I tried to return it. When I called him and told him the mattress had a problem he tried to act like he didn’t know about it. He ended up only giving me half of my money back. Before that he tried so hard to convince me into buying another one but of course I was not going to give him more money. If you want a brand new bed do not go here they are used make sure you see under the plastic and everything. He ended up keeping the bed that I purchased from him so that he can resell it. I work very hard for my money and it is very messed up that someone like that would do that and I only got half of my money back for this horrible mattress."
