"Thea was amazing! She gets 5 stars! But what I don't like is being instructed to arrive 15 min early and then not being called for 15 min after appt start time. So I sat there for 30 minutes for a 20 min appt that took me 30 min each way to drive to/from. The appt could and should have been done virtually."
"All my experiences have been stellar. Thea the NP in Sleep Medicine is FANTASTIC. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. The other staff have been excellent, as well. The staff know how to get things done. They are efficient without losing the personal touch that is often missing from today's medical field. They have pre-appointment notifications that actually assist both staff and patient (getting info, asking those questions, etc.). Thank you, Thea!"

"The facility was very clean, uncluttered, and welcoming. The nurse that checked me in and took my vitals was very soft spoken, polite, thorough and did her job very well. I really liked her, she was really concerned that everything was covered and answered all my questions. The lady that came in and discussed my condition was very thorough and helped me understand what it is and what therapy we are going to try to get my condition under control. I was very pleased over all with my visit!"
