"I bought the 90 x 60 corner ryzer. I love the desk, it raises and lowers perfectly and looks great in my home office. Both metal grommets arrived with bad finishes and had to be replaced. Corners of both tops have chips in the laminate which drives me nuts, see in photos. I purchased the more expensive PC holder and it is total junk. My pc was in a very large case, so I rebuilt it in a new, smaller case but the holder just doesn't hold it securely. The pc leans to the side because the holder is poorly designed. I also purchased the drawer, it's too small to be useful. Would I purchase this desk again? No. It's overpriced for the overall poor quality that I received. Update: Company contacted me directly, asked me to reach out after a incredibly small offer of compensation. I responded, they never responded back. Not a great company IMO."
"The customer service at Progressive Desk consistently exceeds expectations, offering swift, efficient support whenever needed. Their products stand out for their exceptional quality and value, earning my endorsement for many years ahead."
"My brother died about a year ago. In his will he left me his table, which had a mechanism to raise and lower it to assist with his medical disabilities. Recently, the control box stopped working (probably due to hauling the table). I reached out to Progressive Automations from the name on the table mechanism. I knew nothing of the company, and I had no paperwork on the purchase. Through several emails with technical product engineer, Anton Serdiuk, he was able to figure out the problem. He also transferred my name onto the account and sent me replacement parts at no cost, and followed up to make sure things were working well. My table is now working great, and I am so grateful to Mr. Serdiuk and the Progressive company. They make a quality product and they back it up with service. All this with an attitude of caring for the customer, which is rare these days."
"Easy to read instructions. Spent 4 hours building the desk alone. I really enjoy how quiet it is to raise level and lower. Memory controls work as expected. The price point is the only hurdle you have to get past because this is a solid desk. There are no other desks that allow you to build modularly online that I could find so this was clearly the best option. I recommend!"
"Great desks (I bought two). Extremely high quality! A very large working surface! The only complaint I have is I ordered a push-to-open touch display for raising/lowering the desks. But they don't mount well (or I was sent the wrong hardware?). Nothing a trip to the hardware store couldn't resolve. But I LOVE these desks. If I ever need more, I wouldn't think twice about ordering from Progressive Desks again!"
