"This place is called costless furniture, but cost more than every other store I looked at. Walked in was there about 5 min before leaving. All their furniture is marked up a few hundred dollars. Do your due diligence wen shopping and really look around. This place I'm sure won't be around long. Yes alot of my reviews are negative not all! And in your reply you say your product is quality, well they have the same brand and quality furniture for less up the street. I do my reviews completely fair, my job is to comparison shopping. That's my career. Your store name states you have furniture that cost less, but you don't. So I let people know that."

"Wanted to give a shout out to Phil here at costless, we purchased a couch and live seat here and when we purchased them the manufacture had a 1 year warranty. After about 45 days we had an issue with one of the recliners and the couch needed to be replaced but the manufacturer was refusing to honor the warranty included with our ppurchase. Phil went above and beyond contacting the manufacturer and went as far as speaking with the CEO to resolve the issue. At this point it had been around five months that we had a broken non working couch and we decided to get a different brand to replace them. Phil was amazing and applied Credit to the new purchase in the amount already spent on the previous couches and also applied a discount to the new purchase price to lower the amount we had to pay out of pocket for the newer set. Thank you so much Phil, we appreciate all you have done for us and we will be back if we need anything additional for our home."
