"The salad bar was just about empty but I still got charged for it. Then I ordered wings and a hour and half later I still didn’t get it. They said they lost my order. By then I was ready to leave so I got a refund. The old Chuck E. Cheese was better. This was garbage. I am never taking my grandkids there again."
"The staff was the most amazing part of our first time at this location. Super helpful and attentive to all our guests, and most importantly took care of our little birthday girl and make her feel extra special for the two hours we booked. This location is very clean and professional. All my guests were very impressed with the food and ate everything. Thank you for your great service and we cannot thank you all enough! We look forward to go back just for a regular dinner fun night!"
"This is my favorite CEC store to visit! Every time I've been here I've gotten stellar service. I came in today, on Tuesday and had just missed the hourly live show, so I asked about it and they brought chuck out for me anyway. The store was super clean and quiet. Their animatronic show looks excellent and they're clearly cared about. The whole store has a positive energy, everyone was extremely friendly and nice. WELL worth the 3 hours round trip from Spanaway to Bellevue. Thank you so much, your service means EVERYTHING to me! HIGHLY recommend this store as a CEC fan! Much love!"
"We were invited for a birthday party on Saturday. A small space ,but is clean and tidy, all machines were working and the staff was around to help if needed. All in all it was a great experience for the whole family. We loved the Dip in Dots ice cream!!"
