"I had to see Dr. VOLSKY today for an ER fallow up I tore my miniscus, first of all she treated my like a drug seeker I have been sober 12 years but I was in pain and requesting meds for evenings after work and physical therapy I have arthritis and degenerative joint disease if that wasn't bad enough she told me if I was over weight I wouldnt have these problems... I have lost over 100 lbs in the last 2 years she said I could have an MRI if I was under the weight limit. Very cold left mid apt didn't want to answer my questions didn't say to ice it wrap it put a brace on wanted me to do some trial med... very rude and unprofessional I cried for over an hr after I left I will be leaving this practice. Skinny ppl have had all the problems I have had and they are treated for the problem not just told to loose weight"

"I needed to establish care with a GP and scheduled the appointment 2 months in advanced. I was called w days before my appointment after i have allready confirmed and made arrangements with work ro have the rime off that the provider they cheduled me with wea no longer available that day and they would not move appoints around to make room room for me with another provider and that my only option was to reschedule another another two months out."

"I was injured on the job back in April and when I went to the Walk in clinic the girl at the front desk advised me to much time passed for an L& I claim. I was okay with it at the time but when my work found out because my injury ended up being serious enough to keep me from actually working and they needed L&I paperwork to be filled out my primary doctor, who was actually the one who saw me at the walk in clinic, and saw me only days before I requested him to fill out the paperwork my work provided me refused to fill it out. I'm not allowed to return to work without the proper paperwork and can't see the surgeon either. Dr Thiara is the WORST!"

"I love this hospital staff are friendly and helpful! Dr. Ball is my favorite she is so kind! I feel like people who have bad experiences here come into the ER or walk in and are expecting to be served immediately which is very unrealistic."

"As a former nurse, I know great medical care, when I see it. The Family Practice clinic, from front- desk staff, to medical assistants, is an excellent source for healthcare. I enjoyed Rosemarie Horner so much, my husband also became her patient. Now we are new patients of D. Huntley. When I enter a clinical setting, and the first thing you hear, is a warm " hello", that's a good indicator of what's to come. There's no rush, everyone is relaxed and enjoying their job. Our provider listens and follows through, clearly with our best health, in mind. Overall, I would say it is the best clinic I've visited and I've been to many, world-wide."
