Family Care Network - Urgent Care - Lynden

"Our family always receives excellent care from FCN. Our only issue is the lengthy wait times for urgent care since they expanded beyond just seeing FCN patients. The population in Lynden has quadrupled in the past 40 years and 1 provider is just not cutting it anymore. It seems like adding an additional provider would improve patient experiences since it seems most negative feedback is related to wait times and lessen burnout for your staff."

"Policy needs to change. Sitting in the waiting room for 2-4 hours with a cranky toddler is not ideal at all. You should be able to check in online then come in when it’s close to your turn. Would be a lot more convenient for parents with sick kids. Doesn’t make sense to force us to sit in the waiting room for hours so we can spread what we have to everyone else and vice versa."

"From check in time, to vital checks, to visit with A.Conner Smith, PA-C to getting x-rays on my sore foot, to sitting back in my car=50 minutes. Everyone was nice, professional and caring. I visited the Lynden Urgent Care on a Thursday just about 1:30 in the afternoon. So glad I went, sure relieved my apprehension! Then I received a call about my x-rays at 6ish p.m.! Awesome!"

"My urgent care visit was via on-demand video, as I was in the thick of in intensive coronavirus symptoms. I met with Chris. He was very thorough and patient despite how out of it I was during the call. All the other staff I interacted with for my labs and billing were stellar, welcoming and kind. I’m so grateful for these folks. They came through when there was no way to get an immediate appointment with my PCP. Thank you FCN!"
