"Did not even get to book, the receptionist I talked with at 2:50pm on 12/11/23 was very rude. She was not friendly, did not make my very simple questions easy to answer. I have worked as a receptionist, I get it’s a difficult position but I was as friendly as possible and her inability to extend any positivity made me completely reconsider my decision to even book here for an exam. Thanks for making the easiest part of the process the hardest, I will not be considering this place because of the unhappy rude front desk lady."

"My primary doctor retired (she was fantastic!!!) so I was given a new doctor; Anna Keywood. She is by far the worst care provider I have ever worked with. Horrible listener and wildly unprofessional. No one else is taking new patients - even though myself and my family have been going there since before I was even born. I will be going somewhere else from now on where a doctor/PA will actually treat me like a human being. Peace out!"

"Anna Keywood is my medical provider, and I am very glad to have found her. I have never had a medical provider that I have liked so much in my 60+ years. Anna listened to my medical issues/concerns, came up with a plan of treatment, and immediately put that plan into action. In the past, other providers would ignore what I was saying, or that tests I thought would be helpful were not necessary. Anna acknowledged my concerns, ordered appropriate diagnostics, and got me back on the road to full health. I only hope she chooses to remain in the area, as it seems quite a few medical professionals here in northern Whatcom County don't stay long. All the staff at Lynden Family Medicine have always been helpful, cordial, and attentive."

"Called to ask about a physical. They said since I haven't been in for a few years i would be considered a new patient, and that they dont do physicals for new patients. Apparently this place would rather you stay sick and has no interest in actually helping people. This was explained to me after the desk left me on hold for ten minutes then picked up from the que like i had just called again. I only dialed once so they were expecting me to hang up. This was my family dr. office since i was born. I will be bringing my own family elsewhere!"
