"Lovely park with a lot of open space, 2 new picnic shelters, play area with slides and swings and a zip line! Paths are all paved and great for biking, skating and strollers."
"We love this park! Cute playground , perfect for riding your bike.. My boys love the wiffle ball field and also have fun using the pickleball court"
"This is the first time I went to this park with my grandchildren. What a beautiful park what a beautiful day. We will definitely go back. The restrooms are clean and well taken care of. The lookout tower is awesome."
"Very nice park. The bathrooms are clean. There are plenty of things for the kids to do. They even have a mini zip line and a replica of Mt Rainier! I'd say start enjoying it now before everyone else finds out about it and the homeless move in"
"Fantastic, nice upgrades on this park after the needed improvements on the levy. The park is along Green River Trail. Miles and miles of biking, walking, views, relaxing along the river. An eagle flew over as I was there, 4 otters in the river having a nice playful swim. The river is running fast, high and cold right now with the spring runoff, potential danger for small kids and everyone for that matter. Use caution along the banks! Has a parking area. Fun activities for the kids. Playground, zip line, swings, covered picnic building for family gatherings, view tower, benches for old folks like me. Has some restrooms on site with a drinking fountain. Looks like it may be a dog friendly park with a leash, of course. The park was not fully opened on May 03, 2023. The grass is still growing, some areas are fenced off, looks like soon. Thanks, King County and Kent."
