"I love my little assortment of items from Gracious Home. I've purchased: cocktail glasses, lamps, dining chairs, framed art, a mirror, decorative bowls, a brass tray, and probably other items I'm forgetting. Some pieces like the mirror are truly stunning, and it's great to give beautiful objects a new home. I've made the mistake before (somewhere else) of not thoroughly inspecting a vintage item before, and it cost me. The same diligence applies here as anywhere else. Fortunately, I've been able to pop in to check out items before purchasing. Tracy is also super helpful with providing item details such as material or dimensions over Instagram."

"Buyers beware! My husband and I bought 2 large lamps and 1 large dresser from here. We love the lamps but the dresser has been a nightmare. When we first saw the dresser it was in the far back right of the store and we thought it looked great. The drawers were full of items, so they wouldn’t pull it out for us. We said we would wait and come back to pick it up a different day and paid. BIG MISTAKE! My husband was on a lunch break when we picked it up so we did not take the time to really look, assuming it was in good order (stupid of us). After unloading it took me a few days to go dust it off so we could put it in our bedroom. When i took out the drawers I was appalled. There were a lot of feathers and white build-up that looked and smelled like bird droppings or some other kind of feces. I cleaned it multiple times but it was still so gross. Furthermore, the drawers are very difficult to open and close. I thought the items in the drawers were weighing them down too much when we viewed it, but this happens even empty. I called Gracious House to Home several times and left messages with women working there. Each time they assured me the owner, Tracy, would get back to me to resolve this issue, but she never did. We have decided we are going to throw it away. It is unusable. $500+ wasted."
