"For the reply: we were supposed to start at 5:50pm while at 5;55pm we were still in the waiting room. From the clock in the jumping room I noticed we left jumping session 1 around 6:23. For the preparation I was told there were 7 more minutes before kids were coming but the next second all kids came up. There are definitely short of play time and preparation time. Just had our birthday party held here. The crew was ok, but the time arrangements are horrible. We were told tthat there are 30 minutes play each section but it was about 20 minutes as the next party was coming. The party room setup was not enough time because the previous session ended late. I hope there could be better organization."

"The kids love this place for bday parties, camps and trips trips! This place is super and they have a blast! There about six inflatables. One thing I would say is to increase the amount of inflatables or get larger ones because 2-3 of them are very small. Otherwise this is an amazing place!!"

If you are a first time visitor, there are more parking spaces if you take a left turn just before the venue. The road leads to more parking spaces beside Pump It Up Kirkland."
