"I purchased a leather sleeper sofa from Sleepers in Seattle a few years ago. I got insurance for sofa to cover for damages. The zipper has separated and I spoke with Beatrice about getting it repaired. She told me Natuzzi turned down my claim. Well I wasn’t pleased with the response. Beatrice said she would email the claim forms to me. And that was maybe 3 or more weeks ago. So far no claim forms and I’ve left a message for Beatrice to call me and nothing! I waited 9 months for the sofa and I’m treated like this!! Darryl Herron"

"I bought a Luonto sleeper sofa from them in 2022 and they shipped it to California for me and it was STILL a good price! And Iove love the sofa AND the fold out bed. I put a soft topper on it, though, because it's pretty firm."

"Purchased the most perfect Luonto Sleeper sofa for my space. The staff was truly patient with me as I requested a high number of swatches to make sure that the color would go with my color scheme. The White Glove Delivery Service was also well worth the price as these sofas tend to be heavy because of their sturdy mechanisms. I use it mainly as a sofa in my office/guest room and find it to be more comfortable than the one in my living room. I also napped on it once and was delighted with the firmness of the mattress. My visitors will be very happy. I was a bit worried about purchasing out of state. The next time I will not hesitate to purchase from Sleepers in Seattle. The service and the product are excellent."
