"Went in for an abscessed tooth on Saturday night. Sat for what felt like forever waiting in the empty emergency department. A lady came in stating she felt she was having a heart attack. They asked her what seemed like a million questions before they finally took her in. About a half an hour after that an obese doctor came waddling in and said "Oh do we have someone in the emergency room?" Does that mean the heart attack patient was still waiting?!?!?! Then a family with an obviously distressed child came in. I got up and said I was leaving. I hope the lady is ok and the child got some relief. I am currently sitting in urgent care in Yakima with the whole side of my face swollen now."

"Showed up in immense pain. Tried to get that across to them. Everybody was extremely rude, gaslit my pain, and refused to help. And then without even seeing a doctor they discharged me. Nobody asked my level of pain and when I told them my symptoms they kept writing down things incorrectly"

"I have been a patient there since my Dr moved from Edmonds to Goldendale. I have been a patient of this Doctor since 2012. I received a letter from the clinic yesterday stating that because I don’t live there I can no longer be care for from my Doctor there. This is so unfair! I trust my life in the care of this Doctor, I pay my bill,and we get a long so very well. This is so very Wrong! It’s not my Doctor making this decision, but the people higher up in the office. I am not the only one this is happening too, it’s all of us from the west side of the mountains. We will do what ever it takes to get the word out that the people that runs this clinic has done this. We may need to go to the news outlet!!!"

"I have my primary care (Kayla Elliott) here as well as have been seen in emergency on several occasions. I also had a major surgery in ortho with Dr Chen. I can say without a doubt that I have never had a negative experience with my current providers here. Top notch care. I drive 45 minutes to see them specifically."

"Easy to schedule. Felt sick, had to reschedule. Easy to reschedule. Dentist and staff all very friendly and well-informed. The exam was thorough, I felt like I learned a lot even though I have had (more or less) consistent dental care over the years. I had made an appointment to get a check-up while I was traveling, but I mentioned I needed a cleaning. They even followed up to let me know that they had an opening that would fit my schedule before I headed home from my trip. Although I haven't had a cleaning or dental surgery, I would definitely reschedule based on my experience."
