"This place is a nice alternative to the park when it’s rainy/cold, but there’s really not a whole lot for little ones and the area dedicated to them doesn’t have a very secure door, toddlers can just push it open and escape into the bigger area. They also changed the rules so you can’t bring in your own food, which I kind of understand for allergy reasons. The virtual reality area is pretty cool but I’m not sure if the price overall is really worth it to go all the time. I spent a good amount of time trying to keep my busy toddler inside the toddler area and then chasing him around to make sure he doesn’t get hurt by the bigger kids, so we both got some cardio in at least!"

"Fun and safe place to take the little ones. Is a well-disguised and entertaining prison, (one child-accessible exit) which means that us parents can mostly relax despite not being able to see them at ALL times in the large play area. Went to a birthday party here which was reasonably priced with a private room. Would go here again. They get 4 stars here when it really should be five because they require you to purchase a food item with an adult beverage even after spending at least a few hundred dollars on a party that includes food purchased from the venue."

"Wonderful staff. I felt like my son was safe here. I have lots of anxiety, so this was great for me. He also loved the VR games, and they werent crowded. Didn't try any of the food, but I would definitely come back here."

"Awesome! My kids 1,6 and 7 love going. It's super clean and we come first thing in the morning when they open.They have great deals and a nice place for parents to sit and hang out. The food is good and reasonably priced. We usually wait until they have a Black Friday sale for a good punch card deal. We recently attended a birthday party there and had so much fun It's a little bit on the pricier side but seems like it would be worth it if you have 10 or more kids."

"I booked a room for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. I was able to accommodate kids of all ages even older than 12 and they all had a fun time. The staff was so helpful!! They checked in multiple times just to see if we needed any help or anything to make the party better. The room was set up perfectly with plates and utensils. The check-in process was smooth for my guests. The play area was clean and fun. They have a toddler area that had different levels of activities. From a puppet play area, and pretend kitchen to slides and puzzles, and dinosaurs. I highly recommend this place and will do another party there in the future"
