"Worst place ever since Covid. Went in this morning for an MRI to be told it wasn't my appointment time even though it was the appointment time I had scheduled and had emailed proof of my appointment but someone changed if again without notice and the lady helping me was rude and just as unhelpful even when i showed her my email and when i questioned who changed my appointment.Was told to go away and come back the day someone changed it to. Waited 6 months for a new patient appointment to have that one vanish as well. Scheduling is a joke in that hospital and customer care doesn't matter. Called last time to complain and got zero response or resolve.No one cares at this facility anymore."

"This hospital is a disgrace. Look at the reviews, there is a pattern. Though, no one seems to be changing anything. The rude nurses refused to make reasonable accommodations for a person with an anxiety disability. Had to drive to Seaside Providence ER where they were treated with respect, reasonable accommodations were made and the staff was very caring and attentive. Save yourself the trouble and if at all possible, make the drive to Seaside if you can get there safely."

"Very nice hospital, very clean. Doctor, nurses and staff were kind and courteous. I was comfortable with everyone and the role they played in my surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor and thanks to him my life is going to be much easier. If I was going to rate this hospital I would give them a 10 star and would recommend Columbia memorial hospital to anyone."

"Definitely a 10 out 10. They make you feel comfortable and seen and heard they listen to what you have to say. One of the best hospital experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely be going back if and when I have to got to the ER again."

"Once again I found my self at cmh for another knee surgery with Dr Sherman. Besides the fact he's the best Dr ever his staff is as well. All the team treated me awesome from beginning to end! Anesthesiologist Roy explained everything perfectly before going in and once I got in the OR he let me know everything step by step. The 2 nurses in the room made conversation with me making me more comfortable and at ease. Though I hope I never have to see any of them again, if I had to I would do it with CMH.
