"It is a pain to schedule an appointment there. My daughter has been due for surgery for over a year now, but there are no available appointments. poor communication and poor follow-up. They canceled the appointments, and they asked to call to reschedule, but no one answered our calls. frustrating. When I go to the appointment, it takes me over an hour to drive and add another hour of waiting, then the doctor comes out to talk to you for one minute, telling you the same exact thing that he told you before. He can send me a message via my chart; it's just a waste of time."

"Excellent! If all hospitals were like Children’s of Seattle, as far as being compassionate, organized, supportive and providing top notch care, this world would be a much better place. Seattle Children’s should be used as a model to restructure adult healthcare to take the fear and anxiety away from the hospital experience. It just proves that you can provide this level of service and care even in a stressful environment. They treat families like their own and not like an inconvenience. I have yet to see this at an adult hospital."

"Newborn needed surgery. This hospital had so many helpful people. The surgery was done within a day and went well. I was assured within hours here that everything should go fine. I never like to go into a hospital but here was as good as they come. Great remodeling has been done to appeal to kids."

"Came here for my son's surgery. All the Hosptial staff that we met were really nice, we were well informed about the procedure and post operative care. Food: options aren't that great, some of it was kinda stale. They do have few other services for families on floor 7, the chapel was a peaceful place, to just be. Post operative call/follow up is also something that I valued alot."
