"Im really surprised to see these negative reviews about this place - I've had a really great, though scary experience. I pretty much cry the entire time I am there, and everyone is so warm and kind - I really have enjoyed my MA - Shay - shes made me laugh a lot and is very kind and funny. Shes made me feel a lot better. That being said, ALL the staff are professional, courteous, warm. Each of my appointments are scheduled very quickly, days apart from eachother! The biopsy I just had was not painful at all. I am TERRIFIED and sick over this and they just keep telling me - you will not be alone if it is something bad, we will be with you every step of the way, you will never be alone. Thats unusual for medical providers to say lol. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!"
"Very knowledgeable and was gentle, I had nothing but positive experiences here so thank you."
"WARNING: the mammographer lady who hurt my breasts can be identified: her right forearm is covered with tattoos. If you don't enjoy your breasts manhandled, I'd ask for another mammographer. Nov. 2023, I went in for a mammogram and left in pain. I had just had breast surgery*, which was of no concern to the tech, who was clearly on the clock and yank-shoved-smashed my left breast in. Something popped. I made her stop. I was in pain! Her response was to bring in the radiologist to try to bully me into taking more pictures. I went back to my surgeon who said the mammographer likely just tore some scar tissue. The area still feels awful, not pain, but a month later, the area still feels awful, like something isn't tacked in right. All due to one mammographer, likely trying to break a record for the most mammography, like my breasts are car parts. I submitted a complaint to Providence. The tech and radiologist closed ranks in standard CYOA style. *"
"I have been seen here for over 5 years. Highly professional, nurse practitioners with up to the minute knowledge of breast health. Always do a thorough exam and history. Educating me each time on what I can do to care for my breast health, mammographers are excellent and gentle. As a nurse for 40 years I highly recommend this clinic."
"To keep this short, I have had an awful time getting my breasts checked for an abnormality that was found after I lost a ton of weight. I had an ultrasound with another facility that found all kinds of abnormalities and then told me to follow up with a mammogram in 3-6 months. I found Providence and after some real diligence on their part I was able to get in for a diagnostic mammogram with ultrasound. They treated me like family from the get go. They told me every step in kind words and gentle encouragement. They thoroughly examined me and had facilities that were clean, adequate and welcoming. And… No abnormalities were found and all is well for now! I will be forever grateful for the help these folks provided at a time when I needed them most."
