The Troutdale Art Center is a unique institution located at 903 East Historic Columbia River Highway in Troutdale, Oregon. One of the current exhibits is "KERRi BINGHAM & HERgen spalink | Marine Mosaics", showcasing beautiful mosaics inspired by the marine world.
