"I came in today to bring my 15 year old daughter to get a mri. The man Jeff that was working was very rude and short with us. I can’t help but to think it’s because of my race. This is a very scary situation for my family. He wasn’t comforting at all. He was up set with me because she has braces. The doctor that order it knows she has braces. When they scheduled it I told them she has braces. They said that’s fine. He told me there is no point of doing it. But said let’s still do it. Not one told me to have them removed. I just don’t understand how people that work in the healthcare field can be so rude, taking care of people. Especially a child. He didn’t explain anything to me. When I went to tell my daughter I love her he yelled at me and told me I couldn’t come in the room. He should of started with that. Before he took her in the room. It’s like he was waiting for the opportunity to be aggressive with me. I never said anything to him rude. Very poor customer service he lacks compassion as well. I am waiting till it’s done then I’m gonna let him know how I feel."
