"They radiology @ Multicare E.R. blame Drs. for everything! Had 3 interactions with this response! The CT. scan place @ the Davis building on 3rd floor was wonderful . John was the tech, & he really made me feel comfortable with his humor!"
"The tech here refused to do my thyroid ultrasound because she said it needed to be a separate appointment from a lymph node scan and now i’ve been going back and forth between them and my doctor trying to figure out what is going on. keep saying they’re going to call me back with no call backs or explanation. it’s just getting really frustrating. do not recommend going here."
"VERY OVERWHELMED. This is my first baby I'm 38 weeks pregnant and very close to my due date and somehow I was instructed to schedule an appointment for my ultrasound with ADIS. When I scheduled my appointment everything was good to go until I got a call a day or so later that they need my insurance information before I come in for my exam. Company I work for is unable to provide that because we have a new union account that we have to wait for the insurance to come in the mail in order for myself to give ADIS what they need and I have explained this to 3 people in their office. And they said because they don't have my insurance information they refuse/unable to have me come in for my exam. It seems as you rather make sure you get your money to cover for the exam before catering to the patient! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!"
"Arrived about 45 minutes early and they got me in about 30 minutes before my schedule appointment. The tech was super nice and explained everything to me including how I would feel physically and he was spot on and had a good sense of humor. Results were posted quickly on my chart and now I’m awaiting my doctor appointment to help me better understand my results."
"If you value your hearing DO NOT get an MRI at this location! Unlike a medical center such as the University of WA who provides noise canceling headphones with music, this location provides you with those spongey green earplugs that DO NOT block the loud MRI machine. I know how to properly insert those and, not only did they not provide much noise blockage, but my hears rang for three days afterward. I was very upset they didn't care about their patients and provide such basic comfort. When I asked the technician if they had something better I was basically told it isn't in their budget to provide those and I should make a suggestion to the management to get them. Wow!! Imagine people are there undergoing test laying there worried and possibly very sick and how this adds to their stress. It makes me sad. There was also a total disconnect in them sending my results to my doctor. It took forever. The people working there were very nice but that doesn't make up for the terrible experience."
