They will regularly tell you to just wait a few days for their online portal to update because they send incorrect amounts the first time. Then, proceed to threaten collections. Imagine if you spent even half the time harassing people on phones on actually creating a consistently correct accounting system….y’all might actually turn into a respectable company one day."

And before they respond with the “due to the recent surge” response, think about it. Couples spend every day with each other, what does this measure prevent? If one parent has Covid the other does too. Dumb policy."
