"department entrance is on corner of 16th and e jefferson! i entered through the hospital main entrance and had quite a journey, way out of my way! the office lobby is very small and somewhat outdated and stuffy, but the clerk was kind and i noticed that they went above and beyond to accommodate the patient in line ahead of me, who needed an interpreter for registration. the exam area is great, no complaints, clean restrooms, respectful tech who was communicative. 4/5 stars only because the entrance is not well marked from the street, and the lobby is not very inviting."
"Impossible to schedule with. Put on hold for 45 minutes+ only to have the call dropped, twice, on different days at different times. Maybe have another means to schedule that doesn't depend on reception staff, like a website, or actually have reception staff."
"I needed to schedule a time sensitive procedure. Sat on hold for over an hour then left a message, no response. Poor staffing, my Dr in Ballard says she can't do anything and I have to go there. I don't have 10+ hours to sit on hold to try to talk to someone (and other reviews clearly flag that even if you get through it doesn't go well....)"
"I have been trying to schedule an appointment with someone named Cynthia over the phone. This employee has zero customer service skills, extremely rude, keeps interrupting me all the time. When I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor, she said the manager will be back on Monday. I insisted on speaking with the manager in charge or superior then, and she gave me a the number of someone named Dave Wilson and of course, I had to leave a voice mail. Cynthia never apologized for not being able to find my order number from the provider. She is a great example of a rude employee who has given poor and offensive service."
