"I've had multiple visits here go well. Last one I got in and out in under 10 minutes. Definitely better than the other Labcorp locations I've seen."
"Everett, Hoyt location First visit, extended wait, nice phlebotomist, concerning infection control practices. Second visit started at 7:30am with a sign "walk-ins have 1 hour wait" with one person waiting. Only two people serviced before I left at 8:05am- lady waiting before me and appointment (?) that showed up 5 minutes late. 8:10am text said they were ready. This place needs a secret shopper. Appears dirty, old, staff were complaining about work and many other issues. Will dread having to go here again. Went to Monroe after work, in and out in 10 minutes people in waiting room, no appointment."
"Hit or miss depending on the mood the phlebotomist is in. They tend to be rude at this location but not as rude at the hospital labcorp. Either way, good luck. To bad HR doesn't see the reviews something needs to change at both locations."
"I had to drop off a sample and was confused as to whether or not I needed to sign in or if I could just leave it. The woman phlebotomist (I wish I had gotten her name) was extremely helpful and polite. Being the only person working there, she was very busy with clients yet still took the time to assist me. Thank you!"
"This lab was so wonderful. Very good at drawing blood. Unfortunately there is only one person there now (as the other girls quit )and she doesn’t seem confident in drawing blood. Labcorp needs to have two people there and confident lab technicians."
